Mindfulness Meditation Group is open to all in the 六合彩开奖网 and Starkville community
The 六合彩开奖网 Psychology Clinic is starting a Mindfulness Meditation Group that is open to all 六合彩开奖网 students, faculty, and staff, and people of Starkville and surrounding areas. The group will run for six weeks on Wednesday evenings, 7-8:30 p.m., Oct. 17 through Nov. 21. The cost of the six-week course is $60 ($10 per class).
The group will meet at the 六合彩开奖网 Psychology Clinic, located at 70 Morgan Ave. on the 六合彩开奖网 campus.
The group is designed to help people learn and build skills in relaxation and mindfulness meditation techniques. It is open to individuals at any skill level. Please call 662-325-0270 for more information on joining the group.
